The Proposal

“Twas the night before Christmas” lol… I was wrapping Christmas presents and Marc casually said, “lets open our Christmas gifts early”. Being that I have never like to ruin Christmas I said, “No I can wait until the morning” and continued wrapping the presents. Marc then walked over with a red gift bag with pink tissue paper in it, extended it to me, and requested that I open my gift. I took the gift bag from Marc which was feather light. At this time I was still oblivious! I begin to fumble around in the bag and then I saw a bling/twinkle. When I looked over at Marc he was down on one knee. He then grabbed my hand, looked me in the eye, confessed his undying love, and ask that I marry him. I was completely surprised by the proposal however I was ready to become a wife. We sealed the proposal with a kiss!
